• Received course access,

• Attended training sessions, or

• Accessed study materials,

no refund request will be accepted.

Course Cancellation by Institute

In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by the Institute and no alternative batch is offered, the Institute may provide a refund or transfer the enrollment to a future batch at its discretion.

Product Return and Refund Policy

For physical products purchased from our website, customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
